Simplified restructuring, which is a SPECIAL TYPE OF PROCEEDINGS FOR APPROVAL OF ACCOUNTS, begins after the debtor makes an announcement in Monitor Sądowy i Gospodarczy.
The announcement is conditioned by CONTRACTING WITH A RESOLUTION CONSULTANT and PREPARING A PROPOSAL FOR ACCOUNTABILITY, LIST OF CLAIMS AND DISPUTE CLAIMS.
On the other hand, the application for approval of the arrangement must be received by the court within four months from the date of the announcement.
At the same time, the simplified restructuring procedure may be used by the debtor only once.
In any case, the success of a restructuring always depends, and therefore also in this case, primarily on the PROPER PREPARATION OF THE PROCEEDINGS, and especially on the arrangement proposals.
