The law firm provides advice to the Turkish company Gűlermak in the project of construction and maintenance of a tramway in Cracow (fourth stage) carried out in the framework of public-private partnership. The expected period of the PPP contract is 23 years.
As a part of the legal services provided by the law firm, an appeal was lodged with the National Appeals Chamber. In line with all the claims of the appeal, the Municipal Infrastructure and Transportation Board in Cracow decided to amend the invitation to tender. As a result, the terms of participation in the tender and criteria of selection were determined as requested by the appellant.
At the trial, the Company was represented by dr Łukasz Paweł Goniak. Realisation of the project is supervised from the legal perspective by Jacek Kosiński, Managing Partner in the law firm.
