The Law Firm Jacek Kosiński Advocates and Legal Advisers was invited to the International Project Finance Association (IPFA). Presently, the experts of the Law Firm work on 8 projects of the total value of over PLN 3,75 billion.
IPFA is the largest independent, non-profit professional association focused on worldwide promotion and representation of interests of private firms and public-sector organisations in financing and public-private partnership (PPP) projects. Members of the association play an important role in the infrastructure and energy industries. The association gathers financial institutions, project sponsors, law firms, construction companies and operators on the PPP market, as well as entities financing projects in the entire world.
– I am very pleased that by our rich experience in the implementation of real estate projects within a Project Finance framework we deserved to become an IPFA member. I regard this as recognition of the competence and effectiveness of the Law Firm’s team in handling large business projects – says Jacek Kosiński, managing partner in Jacek Kosiński Advocates and Legal Advisers.
Work on real estate projects according to the Project Finance formula requires from our team’s lawyers investment expertise and a combination of substantive knowledge of real estate, corporate issues and concrete investment and financing problems – including banking.
