Jacek Kosiński Adwokaci i Radcowie Prawni has been advising Bank Zachodni WBK Santander Group on a successful transaction concerning financing the purchase of own shares by a joint-stock company for the release and inflow of working capital. The actions of the law office led to quick establishment of collateral, the reconciliation of which required cooperation among the creditor, the borrower, FIZ, TFI and depositary bank. The total amount of granted financing was over 40 million PLN.
The law firm was represented by Jacek Kosiński (Managing Partner), Paweł Jadczak (Partner) and Anna Polak (Senior Associate), and on behalf of BZ WBK Santander Group among other persons involved were Joanna Gontarek (Banker) and Piotr Peć (Manager, Structured Finance).
It is another step of a continued collaboration between Jacek Kosiński and BZ WBK, which in the past advised the bank on various real estate transactions.
