The results of the inspection carried out on small investments by the State Labour Inspectorate show a large scale of irregularities in the execution of construction works. IS THIS ANOTHER ARGUMENT AGAINST BUILDING SMALL HOUSES WITHOUT FORMALITIES?

As Money.pl reports, PIP has conducted more than 600 inspections of entrepreneurs carrying out such works as thermal insulation and finishing; earthworks and general construction works connected with erecting buildings or street renovations.

The inspections revealed a number of irregularities. Among them were NO PROTECTIVE SHIELDS ON RUSSELS UNDER STRUCTURES, and the installation of steep roofs without proper protection.

The inspectors were also concerned about IMPROVED MARKINGS OF EXCAVATION WORKS AND OPERATION ZONES OF CONSTRUCTION MACHINES.

It seems that in reality the scale of the problems may be much higher.

This, in turn, is certainly another argument against liberalization of regulations and introduction of possibility to build small houses practically without formalities.
