The government is looking for ways to simplify administrative procedures related to the construction of offshore wind farms. WILL THE FACILITATION ACTUALLY MAKE THINGS MORE COMPLICATED THIS TIME AS WELL?

There is no doubt that offshore investments are highly complicated projects – both in terms of technology and law.

Meanwhile, the current legislation is not always conducive to the implementation of these key projects – from the point of view of the energy transformation – projects.

A few days ago Zbigniew Gryglas, when he was still Deputy Minister at the Ministry of State Assets, pointed out that in order to build a wind farm in the Baltic Sea a total of several dozen permits and permissions would be needed.

At the same time, he announced that the GOVERNMENT is analyzing the possibilities of facilitating these procedures.

Unfortunately, so far no further details have been given.
