Today the regulations allowing to submit building permit applications via the Internet come into force. Certainly, it is one of the most important stages of digitalization of the investment and construction process.
Of course, not only the application for a construction permit can be filed online, but also key attachments to it, i.e. the PROJECT OF DEVELOPMENT OF THE LAND OR AREA AND THE ARCHITECTURAL-BUDDING PROJECT.
A total of 23 forms already function in the e-Construction system, which handles construction matters.
There is no doubt that the regulations coming into force today will make things much easier for both investors and the offices handling construction procedures. First of all, it allows to save time needed for traditional application filing and eliminates the necessity to prepare and store extended documentation.
It is to be hoped that the system will be able to handle the new functionality.
