The boom in the real estate market has not solved all of developers’ problems. On the contrary, the huge interest in buying apartments has exacerbated some of them.
According to research conducted by Rynekpierwotny.pl, the most serious difficulties faced by developers include insufficient supply of land, rising prices of construction materials and protracted administrative procedures.
As far as the latter is concerned, the basic problem is that the waiting time for the issuance of relevant decisions or for making an entry in the Land and Mortgage Register is too long.
That this kind of circumstances – especially prolonging the procedures – means that the developers have to bear MORE COSTS.
Unfortunately, there is little indication that this situation is about to change. Hence, especially in the case of serious protractedness, consider USING REGULATIONS INTENDED TO PROTECT THE PARTY FROM TOO LONG TREATMENT OF ITS CASE.
