According to the announcements, the housing vouchers are to appear in THREE VARIANTS: social, family and housing voucher plus. The first one will be available to those who do not own their own apartment and have limited creditworthiness. The second will be primarily targeted at families with three children, while the last will be granted after the purchase of an apartment and after the birth of the second and subsequent children.
The loan guarantee program for those who are creditworthy but do not have enough money for own contribution will only be developed by the government after the appropriate legal basis is enacted.
