One of the most important changes introduced by the new Public Procurement Law is the complete digitization of procedures aimed at selecting the contractor. However, in practice its implementation encounters many difficulties which can be solved by FULL DIGITIZATION OF OFFICE WORK.

According to government assumptions, by 2025 EVERY PUBLIC OFFICE SHOULD HAVE A DIGITAL DOCUMENTATION MANAGEMENT PROGRAM.

These solutions are to be based on both governmental and commercial systems. The first of them should be fully ready in 2023.

Such changes will have a positive impact on the advanced process of digitalization of public procurement.

Currently, many ordering parties are struggling with difficulties connected with the necessity of combining the execution of orders online with the often traditional office work based on paper documentation.

Unification of standards is likely to reduce the time needed to carry out the appropriate procedure.
